Dear Members,
After a long break from offroading activities due to Covid-19 outbreak and lockdown, we are resuming the club activities from this Friday following the announcement made by UAE government to ease the restrictions implemented due to the pandemic.
Please note that safety of all members is our first priority and thus we have introduced new rules based on general guidelines issued by the government for social distancing.
Covid-19 Precautionary Measures,
1. Each Convoy will be restricted to Max. 5 cars.

2. All the participants to tune there radio on Channel 5 (462.662) upon reaching the meeting point. This is help us to group easily and give further instructions while maintaining social distancing.

3. Face Masks to be worn by all members at all time during the event (except inside your car).
4. All members to maintain minimum 2met ers distance from each other and Marshals.
5. No sharing of Food & Drinks.
6. In need of recovery please radio in and the assigned sweep or Marshal will come to assist.

CHECKLIST:

1. Your emergency contact info must be available at Offroaders website.

2. Ensure your 4x4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with full fuel tank at the meeting point.

3. Carry all necessary offroad gears/recovery equipment in good condition.

4. Carry enough water/refreshments/re-hydration drinks for yourself & co-passenger(s).

5. Make sure that your spare tyre is in workable condition.

6. Your vehicle must have front and rear tow points.

7. Seat belt must be on while driving including passenger(s).

8. Read your vehicle owners manual to be acquainted with the 4WD system.

9. Radio (tuned to frequencies mentioned on your convoy)

10. Flag

FOR SAFETY REASONS, ANYONE WITHOUT A FLAG AND A PROPERLY CONFIGURED RADIO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE
