This is mainly going to be a family outing event, feel free to bring your family , friends , Since we are doing the event in the crescent,we dvice no 1st timmer for this trip.

Meeting point will be given later, Its almost 4 hour drive to the starting point of the drive so ideally one resides in Dubai must leave 5:00 am 

Bring your own tent , food ,drinks,bbq equipment etc.

1 Sack of wood per car is a must for a common bonfire, dont forget to carry extra fuel for this trip 20 liter for newbie,fewbie and 40 liter for inter/Advance.

we will be having multiple convoys with different skill level with a comon camp site .

Lets Start Preparing 

CHECKLIST:

1. Your emergency contact info must be available at Offroaders website.

2. Ensure your 4x4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with full fuel tank at the meeting point.

3. Carry all necessary offroad gears/recovery equipment in good condition.

4. Carry enough water/refreshments/re-hydration drinks for yourself & co-passenger(s).

5. Make sure that your spare tyre is in workable condition.

6. Your vehicle must have front and rear tow points.

7. Seat belt must be on while driving including passenger(s).

8. Read your vehicle owners manual to be acquainted with the 4WD system.

9. Radio (tuned to frequencies mentioned on your convoy)

10. Flag

FOR SAFETY REASONS, ANYONE WITHOUT A FLAG AND A PROPERLY CONFIGURED RADIO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE
